Hello,
I just bought a dash cam with the following specifications:
The thing is that after I registered the device with my google account, due to security configurations on google's side I was required to create a pin, password, pattern, etc to access the device, I chose pattern. Now every time de device powers on I have to introduce the created pattern and after logging in, no navigation menu, or buttons are shown, just a desktop background with a clock showing the current time is what I am able to see. The camera still works, (front, rear), wifi, bluetooth, 4G (everything) but I just can't pass the screen where the clock is being shown.
Is there a way to hard reset this device? On the backside it has a reset pinhole but it seems that it only restarts the dash cam leaving the actual configuration intact.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Regards,
Luis
