See this just confirm my suspicions, ppl had more balls in the old days.

Today in Denmark you are not even "allowed" to lift more than 11 Kg at work, i find this strange as my granfather lifted 50-70 Kg at a time all day, and he never complained about a bad back.

When i was 25 my own weight was under 60 Kg to my 1.9 M tall and i could deadlift 150 Kg, at the same time i was only able to benchpress 65 kg.

Perhaps thats why my back is fooked today, i have never been in a job lifting as Little as 11 Kg at a time, think my personal average is 30 - 40 Kg over +30 years of working.
