Hmm.... maybe I`m wrong- but since 3.50 update- recording starts only when you accept warning or warning expires in x time.
Before 3.50 recording started as soon as device turned ON. But maybe i`m wrong about that.

It was always like that (cam starts recording after warning screen is dismissed, either manually or time out)
