Dashcam freezing now and then

The dashcam is freezing often.
Not sure about the reason.
It freezes and the last screen it was recording is seen stuck on the display.

It cant be restarted with power button.
Only option is i have to pulloff the power cable and plug it back after some time.
Then it works normal.

It is running with motion detector on, and set to poweroff in 3 minutes.

Oh, so many critical things can get missed..seems not that stable and reliable cam.

That is definitely my conclusion after having owned one. I need to know that my dashcam will capture footage when it’s needed. I’ve moved to Street Guardian and Viofo and have had zero problems.

freezing

hi georjo,
generally speaking, causing the freezing is micro SD card question. could you exchange a higher class card? or format your card.
if you remove the extend camera , not occur freezing, maybe low level card.

Micro sd is not low quality i think its a class10 card of samsung.
Cam is in loop record.
Havent tried removing rearcam channel..will check if rear cam channel is making an issue by removing it.
