Are the same as the crash

Through the computer can play normally, but through the dashcam viewer not

Wrong message translation (but are nonsense...)

Dashcam Viewer has stopped working
Due to a problem that causes the program to stop working, Windows will close the program and will notify you when the solution is available.

Hmm. that's the first time I seen that message. I do have to admit that the Thinkware viewer is a bit buggy and it had crashed on me a few times as well. Usually it will just freeze and I have to force close it using Windows Task Manager.

The only suggestion I have are:
1. Reinstall the software.
2. Run Scandisk (i.e. "Error Checking") on your micro SD cards.
3. Try a different USB port and/or different micro SD card reader.
4. Wait until Thinkware issues a new version of the viewer.
