Dashcam Viewer software

Hi,
I am having some problems with the above software. I have moved all the MOV files from the 8030 camera to the computer. When i start up the Dashcam Viewer, and look in the 100MEDIA Dir their is nothing their. However they are in the Directory.

Any help please.

Dashcam Viewer just selects the directory, it doesn't show the individual files in the directory when doing that, just select the folder they're in and it will load whatever is in there

are you using a Mac?

No, it still says "no movie file in that directory". Also if i drag and drop the file onto the viewer it says the same.

In my windows 7, when I put the sdcard on usb port, the files are corrupted or missing. But when I put on usb tv, they are there.
