DDpai App - adding Camera and connection issue

Hi,

Got a DDpai mini2, I am having difficulties adding the camera on the app.

I've followed the instructions by connecting to WIFI and insert password.

I cannot add the camera to the app as it does not detect the camera although i have connected to the WIFI.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you

Hello,

Apparently you can have issues if you have both Wi-Fi and mobile data (3G/4G) enabled on your phone at the same time. Try making sure only your WiFi is enabled then connect to the WiFi first then in the app. Let me know if this works or not
