DDPAI N5 dual does not see map and driving route. The device firmware and application are of the latest version. The video shows the speed, so GPS is working, but the map on the smartphone (Honor 20pro) does not load.

I assume you are talking about some dashcam player software, maybe dashcam viewer.
If that is the case it is probably due to the model not yet being supported, in the case of dashcam viewer the creator named traveler in here will soon fix that if you give him a couple of files.
Just got over my selective reading and i notice you are talking about phone, so probably DDpais own viewer.
