Difference btwn 118c and mini 18xx

I'm looking to buy a dashcam for my 2014 Honda Civic.
Which would you suggest- the A118c or mini 1805?
I would like my camera to have a screen, be under $100, and be discreet. Parking mode would be really nice too.
My car is a lease- does attaching the camera ruin the car? Would a camera on the rear view mirror be any better?
I appreciate any feedback!

Thanks. So between the 118c and the mini 1805, which would you suggest?
Also, do I need to worry if I place my dashcam above the wipers?
