Do I have a defect 512GW

Hi Guys,
Some advice please.... new 512GW 3days old. Charged it fully using usb and installed using 12v cigarette socket. Problem is auto power on. It takes about 10 mins to turn on after ignition is turned on, cannot manually turn on, then after 10 mins it boots up and starts to work showing full battery if I disconnect cigarette socket. I leave it connected and it turns off after 10 seconds after ignition is turned off. But when I come back a few hrs later it won’t boot up until about 10 mins driving. Latest firmware 22.5 and sandisk 32 g ultra class 10 installed.

Have you updated the firmware recently?

Do you have photo of the SD card? Both sides?

Firmware version R22.5
Update.... card in the unit, does not boot up, card out of unit same results. Power cable to mount does not boot up, power cable straight to cam does not boot up
Really disappointed with this dash cam. The unit boots up momentarily then shuts down,this happens both in car and off car using 12v cigarette power lead and mount or off car using usb to wall socket. Also noted the dash cam shuts down if moved very slightly ie a very small shake in the hand.
