Do I just pull the connectors or screw? It feels bad pulling them and hope I'm not going to snap anything.
 
Do you mean to screw the MMCX connectors? Just pull them out.

Twisting MMCX connectors won't do anything, but a slight wiggle may help. Use some care and don't just yank the cable, then all should be well.
