Hi,
I'm looking to buy a new dash cam, and with my relatively cheap, off-brand camera crapping out after a year of light use, I decided to increase my budget this time around.
At my current price range, I narrowed my choices between DOD's LS460W and Transcend's DrivePro series, and I'm finding it difficult to pick a model.
The things I'm looking for in a dash cam are:
* Good video quality at all times of the day and night.
* Very good audio recording quality.
* Support for 32GB memory (or higher).
* Indefinite, non-stop recording while the camera is connected (reliable power feed).
* High heat resistance.
Things I don't care about:
* Wifi.
* Noticeability (burglary potential).
The price equivalents I can get these cameras for are:
DrivePro 100 - $150
DrivePro 200 - $175
DrivePro 220 - $197
LS460W - $229
DrivePro 520 - $237
Thanks in advance.
