Does Anyone having problem with Gearbest service regarding the Z7?

I bought 4 units from Gearbest
1st unit the car charger was defected
2nd unit doesn't recognize when the car switched off
3rd unit came DOA (do not power on)
4th unit didn't arrive yet
I bought it from Gearbest and their customer support is horrible.

I asked for an advanced RMA regarding unit 3 and they refused.
First, they ask me to send it back to repair then they say they will send a new one but only after they receive my package.
They refuse to send it (to save time because the shipping take more than a month for each side) even though i send them a proof of delivery.

For the DOA unit, try diff cable/charger, computer usb etc...

If it's delivered, they should send replacement if it's under warranty but no seller will send a replacement until the defective unit is at their hands.

What does the tracking say about 4th unit?

1st: I don't worry about charger. I've been using a different usb charger since the start. They are cheap to replace.
2nd: Reset it by pressing the reset button. See if that works.
3rd: Try diff. charger or computer usb to see if it's the cable/charger.
4th: If it never came, contact seller. What about tracking?
