Does the Elephone action camera compatible with the Gopro accessories?

I have a Gopro and want to buy a budget one for my kid for practice, and it would be great if the ELECAM supports the accessories of Gopro. http://www.tinydeal.com/elephone-px35ng9-p-157184.html. I like the original Gopro accessories more, though it comes with tons of accessories.

No, it is a loose fit in an SJCAM 5000X Elite case and frame, but too big for a GoPro case or frame. The mounts are the same, but no chance of fitting filters. It does come with a decent set of accessories though and produces nice images although not very detailed or accurate.

As Jokin says, Gitup cameras fit most things GoPro, the Git1 is a about the same price as the Ele and a good budget camera as long as you don't mind only 30fps, also excellent at night and works well as a dashcam which the Ele doesn't. The Git2 is more expensive but has 60fps and gyro stabilisation etc.
