For example, 20:00 vs 8:00 PM
Not sure if a firmware update allows me the change the time format. Thanks!

Can change date format YY/MM/DD to MM/DD/YY or DD/MM/YY in the app menu only!
 
Since it is being used for recording evidence, it is better to use 24 hour time format.
