Doesn't Overwrite

Hi,

This question may have been asked before but i couldn't find it.

I have Viofo A129 dual channel in two cars but none overwrite the oldest file when it's full and prompts SD full and constantly beeps.

btw , I'm not after 10min loop recording (aware of what it does) , i'm actually looking after constant recording and if SD full overwrite the oldest file in the card.

Here is what i did and still no good

- Thought files are locked , took the card to pc and checked if they are read only and they were not!
- I formatted the cards using the Viofo app but still prompts when it fills up

Is there any specific setting to activate this? or does it depend on the SD card i use?

I'm a bit confused an appreciate your help guys.

if you have loop turned off it will record until the card is full and then stop, you need to use loop recording
