Doing firmware update using MAC

Hi,
I just bought a 322gw and need to do an update,
I have downloaded the latest one and copied,
plugged camera into Mac and pressed firmware update,
the instruction from nextbase says NEXTBASE should appear in finder...but i can't see it
Can Anyone on here help?

In case anyone comes across this thread looking for help with updating firmware using a Mac, perhaps you would like to tell 'us' how you sorted your problem?

Yeah, OK....... It was basically me not reading the instructions properly.
It seems so easy, now I know..... Probably easy from the start for most people.
In a nutshell, you download to computer, the two zip files they are copied and pasted to the SD card ( mine was taken out of dash cam and put in card reader) on mac a dashcam icon is displayed on desktop, just drop into that.
Card put back in dash cam, plug into computer and it starts up automatically and installs new firmware.
I feel so silly.
