Double serial number stickers?

I am unpacking my SG9663DCPRO and noticed that there is a serial number sticker on the main unit (front camera) and also a separate sticker, still with its backing, floating loose. Is this supposed to be attached somewhere, or a manufacturing mistake, or something else? The serial numbers are the same.

it's in the box as once you put the EVA foam on the back of the camera you can't see the serial number on the back of the camera, you can stick the other one inside the manual, on the box, wherever, doesn't really matter

OK. I took note of the number on my police/insurance spreadsheet, so I will put it on the rear facing camera. Thank you.
