Downloading video with a mac

I have no idea what im doing ,took the card reader out of my u1000 to download and search some video and i put the ss in my mac ,but is there a tutorial somewhere on downloading using the card in a mac? Im kinda lost ..??

I seen that but it says the viewer no longer exists and to use at my own discretion..i felt a little uncomfortable ,i was hopeing there may be a way just to put the sad card in a reader and download ??

Hello, you can try to download the VLC media player as there is an option to save the video.
