DR650GW 2CH causes dab radio to stop broadcasting

Hi
I've just installed a blackvue DR650GW 2CH, powered via the cigarette lighter socket. when I switch the ignition on with the blackvue unplugged, the dab radio works fine, as soon as I plug in the blackvue, the radio stops broadasting, when I unplug the Blackvue, the radio starts up again.
Anybody know how to overcome this?
