DR750S-2CH randomly failing to record: stuck until hard reboot

Is anyone running into an issue where the DR750S-2CH fails to record?

The only fix I have at the moment is to hard reboot.

You can tell that it is in this state when the rear camera doesn't have the LED light on.

It's really frustrating and I lost valuable footage of my racing event because I thought it was working fine while it was not.

Is there a fix for this? What steps do I have to remedy the situation? Contact BlackVue or the eBay seller I purchased it from?

You can wait for a firmware update or contact blackvue. I am not sure about contacting the seller from ebay will fix the problem. Most ebay sellers are very difficult to work with once you given them the +ve feedback.
