DR900s won't recognize 4G wifi can't get cloud access

ok so i have tried to get my camera to connect to a Testra 4G wifi i leave in my car it won't & so i cannot get on to the cloud my phone connects to it no problem though, took it back to t he dealer who sold & installed they couldn't get it working told me to come back on a week day so they could call the blackvue tech guys , anyone else had this issue ?

Some hotspots will not work. I don't believe it is the camera itself but a combination of the two technologies. I bought a mobile hotspot from my carrier, AT&T. I could not get it to connect. I sent the hotspot and camera, (DR900S) back to the dealer I purchased it from and they couldn't get it to work either. I exchanged the hotspot with another model and it worked immediately.

On my wifi the ssid was 2 words changed to 1 wird boom now works
