Yes we can hope, but so did a lot of the passengers on the Titanic and we see where hope got them I'm running out of hope for the human race, or at least the 'advanced' part of it

Yes , as a collective . I think we are pretty much screwed !
If the climatologists are correct .. There is a 50 year LAG from cause to effect ..
So the weather anomalies we are getting today , are from what we humans did 50 years ago ! 2017 - 50 = 1967
When did pollution peak ? I know it was rather horrendous in the 1970's .
