Dual Channel SG9663DC Question

I want to order the Dual Channel SG9663DC. Looks like I have to wait on the SGDCHW kit for wiring, but told I can plug into the cigarette lighter until then. Does that mean I can continue using my hardwired SG9665GC in addition to the new DC? And how does the parking guard mode work? Does it begin filming when an accident occurs? Will it run down my battery? Also, which micro sd card is best?

The SG9663DC uses the same mini USB plug as the SG9665GC so yes you can plug in the same wire to power the SG9663DC for now.
(until the SGDCHW is available to enable parking mode via 3-wire hard wire lines and special low voltage battery discharge prevention system built in)
We bundle Samsung EDO U3 cards currently.
 
What I want to know is can I use the GC and DC at the same time?

If you want to route the existing SG9665GC power to the side and have a fixed portal type window that doesn't move, I don't see why not? They will be 2 completely independent systems though.
