DV988 will not stay on

After running fine for a year plus, my DV988 will not stay turned on after about a minute or so. Unit records for the time it's on but then stops. I've update to the latest firmware as per an earlier thread but there is no change.

I've used the reset button as well as done a factory reset.

I have parking mode turned off and I am using the supplied USB. I've even tried connecting to different power supply other than from the bike with no help.

As idea as to what is causing this?

I am using the supplied USB

Find a 5V 2A/3A USB wall charger to power the device, to see if it can work or not!

tried that already, same result. I even went so far as to try multiple different wall chargers just in case. same result.

Sent it back for the warranty directly! And mail support@blueskysea-inc.com for help or DM me for the warranty directly!
