Hi all
New kid on the block (57years actually).
Bought 2 of the above.
One works fine. The other loads up and sticks on start up screen.
The instructions speak of a reset button accessed with a pin, but where?
Can anyone help?

Welcome Joebuy712

I have no experience with this camera, actually i was not even aware its still sold, the reset button is often found at the bottom of a little 1 mm hole in the housing.

I use a paperclip for pushing those little reset buttons when needed.

I had a feeling it was a A2 camera.

Hi
Used a needle down every pin hole I could find on the casing.

Taking the battery out, is the only way of switching it off. I have tried starting it while pressing combinations of keys. Taking the battery out whilst it's starting. Nothing works.

Too many ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
pretty high failure rate on these so it may be that you got one that has issues, have you tried booting without the memory card in, any change?
