I purchased a DOD WS300W from E-Prince and they provided good sales support. The customs office adds several days to process the shipment but it did ship from their sales office promptly and then delivered quickly after clearing the customs office. Total of 2 weeks, but 10 days in customs. The E-Prance staff promptly responded ot each email and they explained what was typical for shipping schedule. Would buy from them again.

FYI: It's E-Prance not E-Prince. Maybe the thread title could be changed still.

Edit: Ordered a 430W from them on Ebay, will write a review once i get it etc.
