ELEPHAS A118C 13 second sound repeating

This is the repeating sound Issues I've experienced recently on a new Elephas A118C from Amazon.
This tends to happen after a few hours none stop loop recording.

Apart from the sound the Cigarette lighter caused issues with the radio and the A118c would turn off when using it (A different Lead had no issues). Also the right side of the image is slightly out of focus.

I've returned it and am getting a replacement sent. Will keep you updated on that one.

Update on the Sound issue with a replacement Elephas unit.
The result is the same, after about 5 hours constantly on - the sound repeats. I'm happy enough to keep this unit as it not usually on for long. I was only testing it out at work to put it through its paces but any one who wants one to be on for a long time might want to avoid the Elephas version.
The supplied car charger fell apart after a day and again interfered with the radio, its now hard wired straight to the fuse box.
Overall I'm happy with it for the price I paid and the replacement is completely in focus so its all good.

What is the firmware version shown in the menu?

Firmware Version Installed is: A118C.20150825.001

I was wondering whether to try and put a different firmware on it as this seems to be Elephas' own ??
I don't want to brick the unit and as its currently ok for how I use it I'm reluctant to do it.
