ESOS not supported on the android version

The really annoying thing here is the fact is was working just fine until I reset my phone this morning and now I am told it isn't supported. Support also said the same but it worked fine and basically nothing has changed. What a joke!

Well, there might be a reason for it, like them updating it, or maybe there has been an incident or a problem detected with it, that it has been disabled.
Did you ask?
