Picture this: you’re on a road trip, miles from the nearest town. You stop to enjoy the view, get back in the car… and the engine won’t start. Battery’s dead. No signal. No tow truck in sight.
This is every driver’s nightmare—but it happens. And when it does, having the right tool in your trunk can make all the difference.
That’s exactly why we designed the Vantrue JS3.
Instead of juggling multiple emergency tools, the JS3 combines five essential roadside functions in one device:
  • Jump Starter – Get your car running in minutes
  • Wireless Portable Air Pump – Inflate tires anytime, anywhere
  • SOS Light – Signal for help in emergencies
  • Emergency Flashlight – Bright illumination for nighttime roadside situations
  • 65W Fast-Charging Power Bank – Keep phones, tablets, and more powered

One device. Multiple solutions. Peace of mind on every trip.

Vantrue JS3 presale starts April 1!
Curious to see how it performs in real-world situations? Stay tuned for more details and we’d love to hear which features you think would be most handy on the road?

It would be nice if JS3 had;
1.) LiFePO4 (Lithium iron phosphate) instead of Li-ion or Li-polymer.
2.) 120V AC Outlet built-in
3.) PD 3.0 compliant 100W Max In/Out

We also need;
Power D1 Dash Cam Battery Pack
LiFePO4 Solar Power Station with 100 Watt Solar Panel

I was going to say... if it can be used as a dash cam battery pack (w/ parking mode), that'd be great.

Thank you for replying! Currently, the JS3 does not have the specifications you mentioned. The JS3 uses a Li-ion polymer battery, does not support a 120V AC outlet, and its PD output is up to 65W.
Regarding the D1 Dash Cam Battery Pack, it is still under development and will support PD 100W fast charging.

The most important feature for me would be the jump starter. I recently bought a competitor's device to do just that. I considered the option of an all-in-one with tyre inflation but it was bigger, heavier and harder to store neatly in the car.

I understand there is a market for combination products, but sometimes I prefer my devices to do one thing well - rather like a dashcam.

True I just use a simple Gooloo one that I got a few years back. Sure it doubles as a flashlight and reverse usb c charging, but I only bought it cos it was reasonably slim and fast to charge back up.

Stays in the boot of my car and hardly depletes charge. Has come in handy a few times

Thanks for your feedback! The size is a bit larger due to the air pump, but we’ve designed it with an ergonomic handle and kept it lightweight for easy portability. The toolkit and storage design make it easy to store as well.

Thanks for your suggestion. For safety and reliability, we don’t recommend using it as a dash cam battery pack with parking mode~
Oh I was suggesting if one can build a jump starter, inflator, and a dash cam battery pack - all-in-one unit, using LiFePO4 batteries - that would be a great all-in-one unit, as you would always have the jump start/inflator basically topped up and somewhat accessible under a seat.

The SOS light seems like a rather standard feature for LED lights lately, but I wonder just how much value it really adds. Is the really a desired feature? Or just a feature that manufacturers say is useful? For me, just a plain light will serve my needs on the side of the road, but I understand adding the flashing sos is nearly cost-free.

Maybe add a magnet somewhere to hold screws while I work?

The jump starter and air compressor are the two most valuable features. The USB-C charging port is also desirable.

Thank you for your insight! While the SOS light may seem standard, it can be useful in remote areas or emergencies. It helps increase visibility and attract attention, making it easier to get help when needed. Though not essential for everyone, it adds value in specific situations.
We will definitely evaluate the possibility of adding a magnetic feature to hold screws while working during our future product development.

I've seen many of these type of products destroyed or have their charge holding capacity severely reduced by people leaving them connected once the vehicle has started and is charging. Most vehicle systems are configured to charge some variant of lead-acid battery, not Lithium based.
What would seem (to me) a sensible idea is an auto-disconnect once the terminal voltage exceeds 12.8VDC - or inline high current diodes to prevent back EMF, I'm not sure which would be most practical or beneficial.

Making the light unit positionable would increase it's usefulness, it's very rare that you can position a worklight in a rectangular case to illuminate the area of concern without balancing or propping up on various tools, blocks etc. - which invariably either get in the way or collapse at the point that light is most needed....

Looks like a great product. I've got a jump starter and air pump but they are separate.

I think having it supplied with a case is essential so you can keep it in your trunk/boot and not worry about it being bashed around or losing the cables.

Thank you! It actually comes with a toolkit.

For the JS3, we currently have the following protections in place:
It automatically disconnects when reverse current is detected.
It automatically disconnects when the product voltage rises by 0.1V.
However, we still recommend that users unplug it within 30 seconds after the vehicle has started.

Regarding the adjustable LED position, some products in the industry use magnetic LED lights, but there are patent issues involved, so we do not plan to implement this design at the moment.

Thanks again for your insights!
