For those of you that have 4K video either on a DVR or a phone or whatever, and edit them in Windows Movie Maker, you'll have discovered that the best you can produce is 1080p video...
Well, there is a way around this.
All you need to do is edit the "wvls" file in notepad within Movie Maker and change the low and hi resolution values to 3840 and 2160.
