I've found exterior side camera's that seem to have a built in microphone. Most exterior car side cameras do not record audio and do not have continuous recording capabilities.

The problem is the obscene price tag of nearly $800. I'm definitely not willing to pay that much money.
Similar cameras are usually under $50 without the audio and recording capabilities.
Although I'm a woman with very little experience using hand tools, I would absolutely be willing to drill holes in the side mirrors. For example:

Can someone help me figure out a solution for this? I drive a Honda Accord so I don't want to install a giant camera on the exterior. I'm looking to install exterior side camera's and exterior cams on the front and back bumper as well. Alternatively I am open to drilling holes in the side mirrors as a last resort. I plan on keeping the system powered up with an ecoflow power station but will hardwire if that is the only option.
I've considered installing 4 dashcams inside the vehicle (front, rear, 2 side windows) but I really prefer a solution where the cameras are on the exterior.
Audio recording of the car exterior is a must for me. As well as continuous recording capabilities. Although it will also be used as a dashcam it will mostly serve as a 360 degree security surveillance system for my car. Thanks.
