Extreme vs Sport mode.

Extreme affects the front camera only, and uses a higher MPEG bitrate (25Mbps versus 12Mbps). So you'll get less motion artifacts. The trade-off is the front files are double the size, so your memory card will fill earlier. And if you download from the camera, they'll take twice as long.
For me, I'll stick with Sport for now. The camera downloads slowly enough.
