Thanks!

That what I thought based on quality of the night shots. So it is basically equivalent of SJ5000X Elite?

I dag some more info: F68 (also F60 and F81) are made by Shenzhen Discovery Technology.

Despite a couple annoying bugs (app doesn't work on Android 6 due to socket permissions, date resets every time you remove battery, White Balance menu non-functional, day/month cannot be set if order changed from YY/MM/DD, etc). seems to be making decent video in 1080p 60fps mode.

I wouldn't use anti-shake but gyro seems to be doing a good job in helmet application. That after you fit a couple stickies to make it fit snug into housing (it is not) and don't miss a slider on the latch and don't brake it.

Also these batteries fit https://www.amazon.com/gp/B01HO680RM they use the same size as SJ5000

Pinco Pallo

Great pics! thanks for posting.

Same parts used in SooCoo C30/C30R and Elephone Explorer Pro V1.0/RV2.0. All have HT10 series PCB's (Firmware FWHT108M.bin)

Thanks for info.
These batteries do fit most standard action cams, standard model number PG1050 series battery and tested great.
Got from GearBest LINK HERE
The 2 pin charger looks like model number BC-SJ4000C and will fit most 900mah/1050mah fine.
Currently using a similar Model CD-DX06 3 pin charger labeled 'Fit For: SJ4000' LINK HERE

Battery Charger Model BC-SJ4000C with PG1050 battery inserted.

Can contact and ask who is what here - Shenzhen Hi-Tech Industrial Park http://sumo.ly/fv7D via @hatchmfg
handy for getting direct to companies, refunds, warranty etc I guess.

Also found SJCAM is manufactured by Shenzhen Hongfeng Century Technology Co. Ltd.

SooCoo is also made by Shenzhen Discovery Technology and is a branch of Shenzhen Anytek Information Technology Co., Ltd,
and apparently was registered as a company on 16/05/2013 by Houston Wang Interesting name!

It is not made by them, but they sell most of un-brand action cameras.

I talked to seller and he confirmed it is made by Shenzhen:
Yes It is from Shenzhen Discovery Technology, this factory have two name, one is Shenzhen Discovery Technology, one is Shenzhen Anytek Technology.

And this F68 acion camera battery compatible SJ5000.

Also:
This action camera is the same with ICONNTECHS IT action camera (B01F759GKC). We are purchase from same factory.

Shenzen is a city in China. Gitup is living in Shenzen and is a cameras manufacturer which know many things from Shenzen.

The seller can tell you that is a 4K camera but if is using a 2K
Chipset: NT96660BG
this means that is not a real 4K camera, just another fake 4K interpolated from 2K. You can read my signature about this sad story of fake 4K cameras.

enjoy,

No he cant @Mtz you don't have a signature anymore, but you can make a new one, just not as massive as we use to be able to do.

Oh, no!
Thank you for the report. I expect the sales of fake 4K cameras just exploded in the meantime. o_O:ROFLMAO::confused:

Anyone knows which sensor it uses? they say imx117 but is it really? imx206? 204?
As I know, currently only we use true IMX117 in our coming Git3 cameras.
Some other company like to declare the IMX078 as IMX117.

Actually not 2K it is 3K extrapolated to 4K, and it goes without saying with NT96660 chipset. BTW most 4K cameras with exception of Sony are fake even even Hero5 when you turn anti-shake/gyro reduce resolution. Yeah they can get 4k alright when mounted static, but how many action cameras are used that way? Just saying that as long as it gives good 1080p/60 and has decent anti-shake/gyro you would get better footage than with 4K

Aren't they pretty much very similar? Isn't IMX117 incremental improvement of IMX078 with better optics?
