On a iPhone 15pro, I can't enable Wi-Fi in the dash cam viewer app the slide switch goes green then immediately turns back to the off position, as I previously had an android phone connected to the dash cam it worked perfectly, the dash cam viewer app version is 2.3.0 (25917) and the iPhone iOS version 18.3.2. when I open the dash cam app it states at the top, Not connected to Wi-Fi, and everything is greyed out apart from App Info
Does anyone know how to fix this issue, or could this down to my lack of knowledge using a iPhone.
Update. Have tested my wife's android phone, this connects ok to the Thinkware dash cam wifi, with access to all the camera settings etc, I'm now thinking it has never worked with my new phone, because it's hard-wired to a power core battery, as soon as I start the engine the camera says its started, but I now think I have been driving for months, and it has not recorded anything, although it's been telling me when I'm approaching a speed camera, unfortunately it's in a vehicle that's not used as a daily driver, and when I do use it, it's always requesting to reformat the memory card.
And checking online, it appears that other iPhone user with this same camera have had the same problem, so I'm hoping a fix/cure can be found, as my original F770 was replaced with another new F770 about 18-24 months ago at a great cost.
