A couple of months ago I decided to check on my camera's videos just to clean up events I didn't need and realized that they are getting saved without showing the correct data that is "hard subbed?" into the video. I tried doing a factory reset but still the same issue.
Additionally I'm unable to connect to it using the Android (it just won't do it and it seems to be happening to other people), so I don't have a way to look at the camera's settings.
