F800 PRO not work more

Hi all, my F800 PRO not work more. How many have the same problem ?

1. Is your F800PRO not powering on?
2. What Micro SD card are you using?
3. Have you tried re-setting the dash cam?
4. Are you using a 12v power cable or a hardwiring cable?

It will be easier to help if you provide as many details as possible!

Hi,
1 yes my F800 pro not powering on
2 i use the factory se
3 yes i press the reset but not work
4 i use the 12 volt cable (other devices work with it)

If the dash cam is completely unresponsive when you plug it in, it may be bricked. I would recommend contacting your authorized distributor to see if they can re-flash the dash cam or send you a replacement unit.

My authorized distributor not respond to my request of support. I will not buy a product of this.
I thinks the problem is the high temp of sun that have fuse the cam.

High temperatures should not matter for a good dashcam parked in the sun not recording, but of course if you use parking mode in a car parked in the sun the camera would probably shut down for thermal reasons.
But it should still work after than when it have cooled down.
