F800pro - App crashes when downloading firmware

Every time I try to download the speed camera firmware the app crashes, I am ding this via the WiFi link to my phone.
 
I've not come across that JonD, i've had no reports from customers either?
 
Thanks, TW technical support have suggested putting the SD card in a PC and loading the file that way.
