F800pro update to f800 firmware

I have recently bought a f800 pro, however when I try to upgrade the firmware. It has no response from f800pro, then I try f800 and then it updated to f800 now. What can I do to get it fix?

I have try hard reset, put firmware in SD card, try via app but still got no luck

A little late to respond but I purchased the F800pro (UK) it replaced a F770. Only now have I got round to updating the files, not that I received any notification, it just that I expected it.
I run 128gb cards without any problem, comments can be found by me and several other contributors on the forum, concerning this update I just plugged my card into my laptop and then transferred to my dashcam, it takes quite a long time to update so you need to be patient.
