F880 Pro not seen in cloud app

Hi, I have a hardwired F800Pro which I can connect to via wifi and set up the car's wifi as the hotspot. the camera announces that it is 'connected to the internet' but when I use the app on my phone, it cannot find the camera. I have registered the serial number via the website successfully. Where am I going wrong?

1. Update the firmware of the device to the latest version via the application. 2. Remove the account from the application. 3. Install the latest version of the application on the phone, near the recorder. 4. Connect to the DVR via the access point. 5. Register an account from the application. 6. Check the application should show f800pro.
