F900LHD change menu language back to english

help, while setting up in menu, I pressed the default button, oop's, everything went into russian or something, have searched behind many a door, but can not find out how to change language back to English, hopefully someone here can help...with thanks

What language do you have now? Can you take picture of the menu?

thx 4 reply, unable to take a clear pic, but delete picture bin screen reads...delete[bin icon]=yДaɲИTb [it's all greek to me!]

Turn on the camera. Press Menu. Try each menu item until you see the one for language.

On my F900LHD, I press Menu twice to get to the Setup menu where the language item is listed.
