Does the American-specification SJ4000 Wi-Fi comply with US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations? I see the FCC logo on the camera package but I don't see a label on the camera compliant with Title 47, Part 15, Section 15.19, Labelling requirements, of the Code of Federal Regulations (47 CFR 15.19)

If the camera complies with FCC requirements then there might be a simple way to comply with the labeling requirement. In 2014 President Obama signed a law that allows "e-labeling". This provides for including FCC compliance information in on-screen menus. This could be done in a firmware update. I don't know the status of implementation of the law nor do I have any idea about the FCC approval process or how to engineer an e-label into a firmware update. Does SJCam have any response to this thread?
