What do I do with it? I'm in the process of installing a new SC9663DCPRO+ camera and came upon this item in the parts bag. I assume it goes around one of the camera cables, but not sure which one, or where. Thanks.

They are just there as a option if you have any RF problems, usually on the rear camera, if you use them you put them on the wire near the ends.

I didn't know that. Sounds like a good idea to use 'em, especially since this new car seems more like a cell phone with 4 tires on it given all the funky electronics the manufacturer put in it. Thank you

It is a extra Street guardian have, i cant think of other cameras i have tasted that come with a pair of ferrite chokes.

The dahscams ( any brand ) can influence DAB and sattelite radio, it is a good idea to string the rear camera cable along the intended route first to test if there are any problems, if there is maybe wiring along the other side of the car is better.
