I seem to have lost my 412gw file viewer. My dashcam is about 1.5 to 2 yrs old. I downloaded a viewer from the site and I remember it gave all the info below the picture plus showing the accelerometer in the right hand corner it also allowed you to update the unit. Its probably lurking in my computer but I cant find it Joe

PS Just remembered I am running windows 10 may have got lost in one of the upgrades

It installs into your user area, like Microsoft ClickOnce programs, not program files.

C:\Users\[your user name]\ ~ (somewhere)

Create folders on your desktop and put the shortcuts in there.

My desktop has 5 folders and I know what's in each one:

Applications
Games
Microsoft
Multimedia
Tools

All sorted alphabetically and Replay is in the Applications folder.
