Firefly 6S 4K (2160p) Action Camera VS Dome D201 (1440p) Dashcam Comparison

One is action camera and another a purely dashcam but here goes.
Firefly 6S: Novatek 96660 and 12MP Sony CMOS IMX078 image sensor. 4k video, Gyro stabilization and Fisheye removal options.

Dome D201: Ambarella A12 and 5.0MP CMOS OV4689 image sensor.

Videos as a dashcam:
Firefly 6S (Gyro off, fisheye removal enabled):

Dome D201:

Video Quality:
Firefly 6S video looks little faded and distant objects are not as sharp. Color is more natural but little washed. Looks more natural than the Dome D201. FOV is slightly wider horizontally but much bigger vertically.
Dome D201 video looks brighter, sharper and vivid. It's more vivid than what really is.

Audio Quality:
Firefly 6S audio is little brighter (high pitched) and is pretty clear.
Dome D201 audio is also pretty good but has heavy bass/low frequency rumble so audio sounds heavier.

Night video comparisons...
Well the Dome D201 is much better at night than Firefly 6S.

6S: Close to car in headlights are okay but anything little farther away are blurry and lack details in comparison.

From underground parking garage to busy downtown streets with lots of lights:
Firefly 6S (gyro off, fisheye removed or the vice versa...):
