Firmware 19.1

My phone just updated the cam to 19.9, no idea what changed though.
Randomly I find 21.5 on the support page.

Way to go NextBase, I see you can't get this right either...

Thanks for your message.

The latest full release for the 522GW is R19.9. Your mobile app has correctly identified that your dashcam was on an older version of firmware and has updated the dashcam, for you.

We do have a new version of firmware, R21.5, which is currently on staged release. This is not fully released, hence it is not currently available on all phones or computers. This is normal for a firmware release to ensure any issues are captured as soon as possible without affecting all users. If no issues are found or reported, it is then released to more and more users, eventually reaching 100%. At 100% it will be released to all platforms.

All of our firmware goes through rigorous testing with our Testing Department prior to release. Staged release is an industry norm when it comes to large releases to ensure no unexpected issues cause widespread issues.
