I have an A129 Plus Duo camera and I noticed that there is a new firmware that's posted for it. Is there a changelog associated with the update, so we know what is going to be changed or fixed?

There are no important changes. The new firmware is only compatible with a new Wi-Fi module.

V1.8_20220706 has HDR. I noticed that when HDR is enabled then I no longer get 60fps as an option for 1440p resolutions. I just flashed the firmware from V1.5 to V1.8 so I haven't tested the camera other than playing with the settings. I don't plan on using HDR since I will lose 1440p 60fps mode.

The firmware support page only lists the latest firmware with the recent changes. The V1.8 changelog doesn't mention HDR since it was added in a previous version.
Change Log for V1.8_20220704:
1. Adjust Stamp position
2. Fix bugs when switching from parking mode to normal mode
3. Refine the stability of the whole camera including the rear camera.

To have 1440p/60fps, you need to turn off HDR in the DVR menu.
60fps and HDR enabled are not compatible.
