Firmware Update Caused Screen Black

I've had the Blueskysea B4k UHD 4D Dash Cam since August 2021, and I always have the issue where it doesn't do loop recording no matter how many minutes I set. I recently emailed support, and they asked me to install firmware V008 to see if it helps. My version was B4K_20210709_V010. After installing V008 by deleting my SD card and moving the file to it, the screen now is black but it is still recording. Anyone know how I can maybe get V010 again or how to fix this?

I've emailed and downloaded the V10 firmware but it's still the same. The screen flickers and goes blank after powering up.
