First dash cam - interested in three

Hello, looking to purchase my first dash cam. I am looking at a 2ch even though I will be moving the front cam between two vehicles.
I am currently stuck between these three models:
BlackVue DR650S-2CH
Thinkware F770
Blacksys CH-100b

Is there a good reason why one should get one over the other or they shouldn't. Any other cams I should focus my interest on? My budget is under $300.

I have limited knowledge of the Blackvue all i can really say is the F770 unit is very good and very reliable.

Before we got into Thinkware we bought a selection of Blacksys cameras for evaluation. I tested the CH-100b unit and thought it was ugly and overall i wasn't impressed but i can't remember exactly why now as it was probably best part of 2 years ago...
