First Dash Cam Recording?

I love seeing footage from this era, I think there may be a slightly earlier one you know, literally the same but on a tram in the UK, possibly 1904
 
Pedestrians and 'other drivers' were worse then than now.
 
the one I found wasn't actually a fixed cam, it was a person on the top deck at the font holding the camera, but still, from 1903 Lytham to blackpool, and still great to watch.

Literally the dawn of motion picture in the UK, there's clips on youtube of my home town centre in 1902, it's unreal to see recognisable places, the same yet so different
